Confirmed from Rush Run Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Rush Run Nature Preserve
This park is a hidden gem in Columbus! We came on a sunny Sunday, and there weren’t many people. The creek is so clear, and we loved the natural path. We went all the way to the end and saw the creek merged into the Olentangy River. More surprisingly, the trail connects to the Olentangy Tail and Antrim Park.
This is a great little nature preserve that can be accessed from the Olentangy Trail. It has a canoe/kayak launch and trails that go alongside the Olentangy River and Rush Run.There aren't any other amenities or signs marking the preserve.
