Confirmed from S F B Morse Botanical Reserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park popular for its trails and the presence of mushrooms.
What runners say about S F B Morse Botanical Reserve
“Not only is it very beautiful but I always manage to find a new trail when I'm there.”
I hike these trails at least 4 times a week with my dogs offleash. There are over 30 marked trails in the Del Monte Forest inside Pebble Beach not counting many unmarked routes that shoot off the main trails. The main marked trails are fire roads and numerically marked.
My favorite spot to take my dogs on a walk. Not only is it very beautiful but I always manage to find a new trail when I'm there. Also all of the trails connect and make it so that you make one big loop.
Very nice hike, very thick but beautiful. Doesn't look like lots of people use this trail. I would recommend taking a couple staffs just in case you run into some big cats in there. I'm not sure if there is, but I left a couple Gandalf sticks at the entrance
You can get lost in the forest, and it's never that hard to find the right path again. Plus there are not that many people. Great place to walk the dog.

“You can always do an up and back the same trail rather than the entire loop.”

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
