Confirmed from San Tomas Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Compact urban site with grassy spots for picnics, basketball courts & playgrounds.
What runners say about San Tomas Park
“Beautiful little park, it was too dark for pictures when I was there unfortunately, but the neighborhood is darling, very clean and quiet.”

It was clean and fun for kids! Everything is in fairly close proximity if you have older kids that want to play basketball and younger kids that want to play on playground. Lots of places to sit too.
Nice park...not too crowded...have play structures by age group. My daughter loved going on all the slides and I had a nice run in the park with my dog. They have a couple of charcoal grill areas with some picnic tables and a basketball court too.
San Tomas Park is a true hidden gem in the heart of the community, offering a perfect balance of nature, recreation, and relaxation. The wide open green fields invite children and families to play freely, while the beautifully maintained walking and biking trails provide a refreshing escape for daily exercise.
It’s a nice park one of the few in its vicinity which also has bb court. Running track and a nice kids play area making it an all round full family park. It’s small so good for couple of visits. Btw clean restrooms too :) The jack fisher park which is a little south is nicer for younger kids
