Trails are well marked and offer miles of moderately easy hiking. Michigan Park Pass required for entry and can be paid for at trailhead information sign.
Quiet ,quaint , rustic camping. Plenty of wildlife to observe. Deer, Loons, Bald Eagles, Owls and a variety of birds etc.... Truly a tranquil retreat with many trails. Prepare yourself for a .4 ml hike from the parking lot to being your adventure. Absolutely gorgeous.
Beautiful place, and the trails are so well maintained! I was worried when I saw there were no maps, but the posts, with maps, distances and directions at each intersection were so much better! My state parks in Indiana could take a lesson!
Very quiet and peaceful. Somewhat of a hike to the lake, camping and bathroom area from the parking lot. Nice rustic campground.
