Confirmed from Sanders Park Hardwoods State Natural Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxing hardwood park offering walking trails through the center, as well as a campground.

Perfect place to jog, skate, walk or ride your bike. Especially if you don't want to worry about traffic. One full lap is exactly a mile.
Quiet little park to take a short fall hike. One paved loop around or several trails that cut through the loop. We went through the trails twice and it was about 2 miles. Peaceful and beautiful. Maps need to be updated, but found one that showed the trails pretty well.
I attended a 4k walk and raffle sponsored by Racine Friendship Clubhouse. What a beautiful park! There's a lot of different picnic areas and a lot of them have covered pavilions. Lots of things for the kids to do and just a lot of natural beauty for the adults to enjoy
