Confirmed from Sarah Taylor Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Soccer fields, a play area & a popular walking/jogging track make up this tranquil creekside park.
What runners say about Sarah Taylor Park
“I could walk him around run him there is some kind of stream there that caught his don't let your pet in there it doesn't look clean.”
“Access to the creek is easy, and it's a particularly beautiful spot on the waterway.”
I love it. We had to take a quick trip and bring our three pets. We're staying at the Extended Stay right next to Cracker Barrel on Route 9 in Fishkill. It's a little cheesy but it's pet friendly. As I'm driving around trying to figure out what to do with an 120 lb Doberman I happened to notice the park.
One my favorite municipal parks! There's tons of unique features: a paved walking trail, picnic benches next to the creek, a gazebo, a nicely maintained grass sports field, a MASSIVE covered pavilion, and most importantly, a port-a-potty.
Beautiful park with a paved track for walking ... soccer field with bleachers, fenced in playground, picnic tables with cover. Small stream to view the ducks ( not for swimming) Right near ( behind)dunkin closest bathroom is dunkin
If you like the sound of mother nature and her beauty, like walking by the edge of the water, good place to have a good picnic and enjoy your day for a good walk, jog, or run around the track
