Confirmed from Saratoga Spa State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Landmark historic space with various art & culture exhibits as well as a pool complex & golf course.

“The park is absolutely beautiful and offers a lot to do, from walking and hiking trails to historic sites and open green spaces.”
“The park was peaceful & we enjoyed venturing around!”
One of our favorites places on Earth! The grounds are so spacious and well groomed! If you are in Saratoga, you really should at the very least drive through the park. Bring a chair .. take a nap under a tree, there is plenty of room. You can bring your dog and let him run free.
The park felt spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with lovely walking paths, open green spaces, mineral springs, and a calm atmosphere that made it really enjoyable to explore. It was a refreshing and relaxing place to spend time outdoors. Don’t forget to bring water bottles to fill up
If you are looking for a place to relax, breath pure air? This is the place. If you love taking long walks? This is the place, and where you don't even need to carry a bottle of water because you will find a spring where to drink pure, fresh and alkaline water ✨️ 👌🏼 Saratoga is a beautiful in many ways, is a place…
We visited Saratoga downtown & walked down to the State Park! Simply beautiful! There are multiple wooded trails, beautiful pathways & the iconic spa buildings that are a photographers dream! The park was peaceful & we enjoyed venturing around!
