Confirmed from Sauk River Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with dog-friendly hiking and biking trails, some of which offer views of the Sauk River.

“I bring my dogs here and they just love it!”
beautiful, hidden forest park with winding trails of all sizes. been here twice, i recommend going during morning hours or during sunset. some beautiful flowers, wildlife, bridge graffiti and river views! bench swings throughout and a nice picnic space near the river rock beach.
Very nice trails. If you are looking at fishing here the best time is usually evening between April and august. Most commonly caught fish here is smallmouth bass. Also If you are a mountain biker like myself you will find newly made MTB trails. roughly 1 1/2 miles worth.
Fun little park to walk in along the river. There are bike trails here as well. The maps aren't accurate and it can seem very confusing with all the different trails. If you follow the river though it's not bad and it's not really that big of a park so kinda hard to get lost in my opinion.
ABSOLUTELY A GREAT PEACEFUL PARK!! It's surrounded by traffic, businesses and people. ...THEN YOU ENTER THE PARK WHERE IT BECOMES JUST A PEACEFUL QUIET WILDERNESS!! I FEEL LIKE I'M MILES AWAY FROM THE CITY, ALSO NOT TO FORGET THE GREAT FISHING AND THE SWIM BEACH!! "TERRIFIC PARK!!"
