Confirmed from Scotland Run Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Heavily wooded park with lake fishing & boating & a nature center that hosts environmental programs.

Hidden gem in our neighborhood! The park is beautifully maintained, offering serene lakeside views and peaceful walking paths. It's the perfect spot for family picnics, evening strolls, or just soaking in nature's beauty. A great place to disconnect and breathe in some fresh air.
Outstanding View of a very clean looking lake. You can take a canoe out (docks available) and you can even fish here. The walking trails are Beautiful❣️
Scotland Run Park is a lovely little gem of a park, with a lake (not too many geese), playground, picnic pavilion, nice restrooms, canoe and kayak rentals in the summer, and across the street is a nature center with a small museum, live animals like local snakes, frogs, and insects, and staff on hand to ask questions.
This was such a beautiful trail! A lot of bugs so make sure you’re coming fully clothed (even with bug spray, I would not suggest shorts / crops / t-shirts). Be careful with disturbing the wildlife since there are a lot of geese with their goslings and squirrels all over the place.
