Confirmed from Scout's Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Scout's Trail
“Nice easy beautiful walk or bike ride or to hang out, nice very well cared for park.”
Took the red trail to the pond. Was a nice walk, trail was clear, easy to walk. However we wanted to take a new trail back but we weren't sure where it ended up. Ended up following the yellow trail. It would be good to be able to have a few "map" stations where you can pick up a paper map of the park trails to hike.
Harrison hills has some of the greatest hiking trails. I hike here at least once a week in all weather. All of the trails are well marked. I suggest boots, there's mud even if it hasn't rained in weeks. The park has pavilions to rent and some great play areas for the kids.
Nice easy beautiful walk or bike ride or to hang out, nice very well cared for park.
Trail conditions & character
“The bottom area has a paved loop and great views over looking the river.”
