We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sequoia Creek Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Amazing for some quiet alone time :) Even a few steps inside and suddenly all the street and city noise just disappears.”
Really fun hike!!! I found my first Dyer's Polypore Mushroom, Phaeolus schweinitzii
Sequoia Creek Trailhead is such a peaceful hidden gem if you’re looking for a quiet nature escape. The trail is surrounded by tall trees and beautiful forest scenery, and the sound of the creek running alongside it makes the whole hike feel really relaxing.
Absolutely amazing park. If you want to see sequoias, this is the place! It may seem small and randomly placed but it’s amazing. There’s a small pond and great trails to get lost in the woods on. My favorite park by far!
