What an amazing hiking trail in Colorado Springs. This tranquil hike is just what I needed to clear my mind, body, and ,spirit from the fast pace life we live. My advice to new trailers, arrive early to get a parking space that best suits you. Bring water sun screen snacks and tissue for the port a potties.
I’m not as athletic so this hike kicked my butt getting through the seven bridges because of the inclines BUT it was worth it! It was easier going down :)! It took about an hour and a half to get to the seventh bridge from the parking lot and about 40 minutes to get back down to the parking lot.

As a female traveler who brings my dog, she absolutely loved this trail which had a mix of ice, snow, and dirt.. This trail is family friendly which made me feel safe. •Watch your step as it may be slippery and covered with ice if you aren’t wearing suitable shoes.
