Confirmed from Slocum Creek Recreation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public area along a creek offering kayaking and a boat ramp, plus fishing.

Very nice little park and it’s so nice to have disability friendly path and washroom.
The park itself is well maintained. The area is very appealing for cookouts, pinics, and just taking a break. The park area is awesome and dog friendly. The kayak launch is a plus to have in Havelock. The exit launch didn't function to well but the reentry side was perfect.
I always stop by there to walk my dog in the morning as I drink my coffee.its a small quiet park. It has a Kayak ramp into the creek, public restrooms and a outside shower. There are 3 picnic tables with grills.
I expected more room to walk around. There is a path that goes to the kayak launch and to the restrooms. There are a couple of picnic tables. It served its purpose for me and was very well kept.
