Confirmed from Smoky Hill Audubon Harold Lear Wildlife Sanctuary's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful nature area offering many trails for hiking and bird-watching.

“A beautiful place for hiking, and bird watching, fishing, or seeking solitude.”
“Neat place if you like birds and quiet.”
I love going out to this place to watch the different birds and see what I can see. There are different trails you can walk along. Neat place if you like birds and quiet.
I enjoyed the trails here. Not a large park and very close to I70, so constant traffic noise. But great for a quick hike or some leisure time next to the water.
This really isn't a dog park, but see numerous dogs allowed off leash to run, there are numerous wildlife that live upon the property.
I enjoy walking here. There is interstate traffic nearby but few walkers so good chance to have the place to ourselves. Would be a good place to bring a picnic lunch.
