Confirmed from South Central Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“I Love to take my Dogs here to walk in off hours when it isn't so crowded.”

This is the go to park in Ridgeville. They have a playground, walking path around a stocked pond and thru some woods, covered picnic areas, exercise equipment, a good size hill to sled down, fishing derbies once a year, they even have a little city that teaches kids the rules of safety!

I fall in love with this place!!! It is wonderful to meet nature while enjoying with the family. Here you can calmly fish a huge lake surrounded by ducks which can NOT be fed, on the other hand a park for children.

I Love to take my Dogs here to walk in off hours when it isn't so crowded. The Dogs Love their walk here and so do I. There is a lot of different landscape views to walk through for such. Small park. The small lake is beautiful as is the forested part of the wall.

★★★★★ — Stargazing , Feb 2021

The park is very nice. They use shredded rubber instead of wood cheaps. The playground for the children is huge. They have nice tennis and basketball courts. They have a little fishing pond and a splash pad that is for residents only. I am not a resident and we spent over a hour there with our son and he had fun.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
