Confirmed from South Mountain Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Disc-golf, mountain-biking and hiking spot for all ages, featuring wooded trails.
What runners say about South Mountain Park
“Just took clients here for a photo session, and it was absolutely beautiful!”
Went today to do the frisbee golf course with my sons Boy Scout troop. The paths aren’t easy but the woods are lovely and it’s a nice moderate hike for kids.
Absolutely one of the most challenging courses in the Lehigh Valley, alternate pins and concrete tees, tight wooded fairways, good water at hole 6.
This park is a bit of a hidden gem. Nice parking area with access to quite a few miles of unmarked trails. Good for snowshoeing or even downhill ski runs (if there is good snow coverage).
Rocky trails, barely marked but can see some red trail marks. I got off trail a few times which made the hike even more interesting

- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
