Confirmed from Sand Island Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Urban park with clay tennis courts, a clubhouse & lessons, plus a playground & biking/hiking trails.

We had a lovely time at this park and walking path. The fall colors were gorgeous and the bridges were great for photo opportunities.
Love this place! Great trails for walking/biking, lots of spots to swim and go fishing. Also some of the BEST views of the old Bethlehem Steel plant from the river. Its also one of the best spots to watch the Sand Island July 4th Fireworks.
Great long hiking and biking paths bith great water views all around. Great view of the city and steel mill. We were here the day after a light rain and paths were still muddy in spots. More gravel would do the trick.
