Confirmed from Southside Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Prefect Park for young ones and older ones. Great walking jogging trail around the park. Park play area is superb! Excellent construction and quality structures. Musical instruments were amazing. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

Fantastic park for the little ones. Age appropriate for pretty much any age and there are a variety of things to do and see: from musical instruments, slides, swings and climbing walls. It is a part of the Rose Rudmund trail as well that is a long walking or bike ride trail that goes for a ways.

★★★★★ — Caleb , May 2021

Truly beautiful park with a HUGE PLAYGROUND and with RESTROOMS! There is also a trail wide enough for bikes and families to walk and a basketball court. They also have plenty of street parking. *PARENTS* Please watch your kids they can easily run off into the rest of the park and there are ditches and water near by.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 7 mentions

“There's a basketball court, a covered picnic area, benches around the area, 2 private bathrooms.”
