Confirmed from Spring Rock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Something for kids of all ages and my kids love the trains passing by.”

We really like spring rock Park. Seems to work for our six-year-old and our 10-year-old. There’s plenty to do for everybody… Swings, climbing tower, a big place with the climbing, ropes, climbing wall, multiple slides, and platforms to look around.

This park is a great park to take the family. The playground across the train tracks is great for kids and watch the trains go by but sometimes noisy. The walking path is great for running and general exercise. The roller hockey rink and baseball feilds are fun to watch games.

lovely city park that has been expanded over the decades. has soccer, little league baseball fields & maybe tennis courts? has 2 shelters. one @ the top of the hill overlooking the park. the other down by the baseball fields. have 2-3 play areas for kids. has portapotties, and flush toilet with running water and soap.

This park is great. Has everything. A trail, water splash and super cool playground for kids; lots of greenery to relax. Also has benches and grills on site. I drive from miles away here all the time so the kids play and enjoy.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
