Confirmed from Springside Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Familiar hangout featuring tranquil gardens, a pond & an arboretum, plus ball fields & picnic spots.
What runners say about Springside Park
“The gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit.”
“Lovely, peaceful nature walk”
I go walking at Springside several times a week . Always enjoy the trails and flowers. So happy to see the progress being done on the pond area. Very dog friendly trails.
If you like being outdoors it’s a great place. Playgrounds have bathrooms (at least the ones I’ve been to) a lot of people walk their dogs here too. Unfortunately some people don’t leash their dogs so that’s something to pay attention to if you’re uncomfortable with it.
Very nice hiking trails for beginners and moderate hikers. Lots of open fields and streams.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
