Confirmed from Sprouts Holler Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Sprouts Holler Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (76 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 3 mentions

“Always clean and almost always the parents are paying attention if things go off the rails which is almost never because most the kids are well behaved!”

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Great family friendly park with plenty of activities for all ages <❤> our new favorite.”

Cute little park! Nice variety of equipment and even a small skating area. Parking lot is small. Our 5 year old enjoyed it all. Great paved walking trail around the park for walking the dogs. Definitely recommend!

This is is a great place with a little snake run for boards and bikes, multiple play areas, a super tall slide on a hill, and fields. It also connects to a baseball diamond that I see used for workout troops and pickup games. Speaking of pickup games, it also has a lowered basketball hoop.

Very fun park. We were looking for some place new to take the kiddos and found this. Lots of space to run around. Play equipment for various ages. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. We will definitely be back.

Really fun spinning areas and climbing toys, very modern, enough walking and place to skate and bike, if not on the playground you can walk around the field

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 3 mentions

“No restrooms located here, but there is one down the road at Big Sky park.”
