It is not so much a "park", as it is an open picnic spot at the edge of the Fox river. It also serves as a pit stop for joggers and bikers because the paved trail along the river runs through this park, but it has bathrooms and a drinking fountain so that's understandable.
Hidden little gem💎 along the shoreline🏞️ of Fox River. Due to it's location📍 it's sometimes overlooked. There is no close parking🅿️ to it as well. So you either are parking a block or so away or 🚴biking/walking🚶♂️ to it from the trail.🥾 Nice pit 🛑 stop if you are biking/walking the trail or 🧺picnic area!
Bathroom and picnic tables. On the Fox River trail. No parking access is from trail. Bathroom open 6 to 6 year round. Extended hours in the summer
Quaint little park that sits along side the trail. I actually didn't realize it was actually a park, I thought it was just a little stop along the trail 🤣 There's no playground but there is a secondary fitness trail that has activity stations, think pull ups, toe touches and such.
