Confirmed from Fox River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Fox River Trail
“The trail always seems to be petty clean and we'll kept.”
“There are terrific views and gorgeous houses along the trail.”
Great trail for walking the dog, biking, and sight seeing. The trail always seems to be petty clean and we'll kept. There are terrific views and gorgeous houses along the trail. I like to start in De pere and go out to downtown. I would recommend the trail for biking and getting out to nature.
Great spot to take a walk along the river. The sculptures are pretty cool, too. My husband and I enjoyed seeing the Atlanticborg ship docked across the water. There's plenty of benches and areas to rest but also is accessible for those of all activity types.
It's a really nice easy trail the majority of which is paved. My only complaint it should be free to bike riders. We pay taxes living in the county and we shouldn't have to pay for use of this trail especially when they're asking money for the Packers stadium which I don't even use.
Well maintained black top path. Follows the mighty Fox. Past fancy houses, meadows, farms, industrial down town GB. Restrooms and bike fix station. Well done! 👏
