Confirmed from St. Paul Woods' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Verdant space ideal for picnics and drives features plenty of picnic benches, plus deer sightings.

Great place for walking and jogging. If you are lucky enough, you may spot deers in this forest.
SUCH a beautiful place, a wonderful woods, presently with attractive autumn leaves. ... I made a U turn, finding an entrance to this amazing place, exploring it by driving from Dempster entrance to Oakton entrance ... There were quite a few people walking, including a several couples hand in hand, very touching.

One of the nicest preserves for peaceful walks. A variety of biomes with the open land and ravines. The abundance of deer and birds adds to the value of time well spent here.
