Confirmed from Stony Lonesome OHV Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring off-roading trails and picnic tables, plus a playground and lodging.
What runners say about Stony Lonesome OHV Park
“Has full hook up,bath houses, and very clean.”
One of if not the top place to ride! They have it all, mud, rocks, hills etc. Tons of fun. Cooler checks are a must now, no alcohol allowed. They also have nice rental places to say of your from out of town .
The trails were in great shape, staff was super friendly. Facilities were what you’d expect at an off-road park!
I really enjoyed my two days at Stony Lonesome. It can be very muddy, but there is a car wash for just 5 bucks at the exit. I came here to run the two Jeep Badge of Honor trails. OnX helps because the signage is a little weak.
Stoney Lonesome is a great place for offroad fun for both stock vehicles and those built up to handle more advanced terrain. The main building and the surrounding facilities are top-notch. Additionally, the staff were very polite and were happy to help me as a first-time visitor.
