Confirmed from Sugar Land Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverfront green space with bike & walking trails plus a playground, dog park & picnic areas.

I recently visited Sugar Land Memorial Park and was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The park is spread across 150 acres and features 2.5 miles of walking and biking trails that offer scenic views of the Brazos River 1. The park is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and till 8:00 PM on weekends 1.
The Sugar Land Memorial Park is awesome. Miles of running, jogging, walking, and biking trails that wind around the expansive lake. Picnic pavilion with grills, clean bathrooms, handicap parking and accessible areas. A neat playground.
Sugar Land Memorial Park is honestly way nicer than I expected for a park that’s basically in the middle of suburbia where everyone drives a Yukon XL. Beautiful walking trails, clean bathrooms (yes, actually clean), big open fields, and a lake that makes you consider becoming a jogger for like 3 minutes before…
Great for nature lovers and multiple activities. Fishing in the pond or on the Brazos River, walking, kite flying, mountain biking (WARNING- This one mile trail is full of poison ivy and oak, if your allergic to this plant avoid this trail.

“One of the park's standout features is the extensive trail, offering a scenic journey with the added joy of encountering other dogs and indulging in some people-watching.”
“Two public restroom, two pavilion, multiple benches, two parking lots, when busy, people park on the grass when they shouldn't but I never seen to be an issue.”
