Confirmed from Sunset Lane Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Sunset Lane Park
Love the playground section and the paved walking path that goes around the park. Just a few minutes walk from Rt 74 where you could pick up lunch after playing. In July, they host at Ole Time Carnival. Great family fun!
Lots of places for family activities and walking trail. I was there for my grandsons baseball practice and games. Have different family activities on the grounds throughout the year there.
Sunset Lane is a great park to play basketball, baseball, football, or even gaga ball. They have smoke space to run and play as well as a pavilion and a playground
Walked the trail. Nice shaded playground for the kids. Very little shade on the trail (less than 1/2 mile)

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
