Confirmed from Sunset Pointe's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic spot where level sidewalks are available for walking and biking.

Beautiful neighborhood. We have beautiful walking paths surrounding ponds with amazing mixture of water fowl. Just a couple of observations though... Now that it's getting dark some low level lightning would not only enhance the beauty, but would add to the safety of those walking along these paths. Also the garbage🤔..
One of the best walking/biking/fishing areas I've been to. It's very clean and the walking trail is long for lots of beautiful views, scenery and wildlife! I go for fishing, there are bass, catfish and blue gill from what I've heard. Make sure you do have your license since rangers will show up and ask.
