Confirmed from Surprise Farms Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring playgrounds, a skate park, softball, basketball, a dog park, restrooms & more.

I have done multiple real estate sales in surprise Farms and my clients absolutely love this community! From the kind neighbors to the family friendly amenities to the great location by freeways, shopping and hiking, all my homebuyers have been very happy here.
Plenty to do....splash pad is open!! Kids toys, all ages. Big field to run around in. Basketball & skate park. *my only problem is the older school kids come to hang and use foul language. Better to take younger kids in the morning.
Great to have a community park. Well kept skate and bike park. Nice walk path for the neighborhood
Trail conditions & character
“Just down the street is the baseball area where they have several fields and bathrooms.”
