Confirmed from Swamp Rabbit trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean and well-kept paved trail for biking, running and dog walking, plus a water park.

A+++ PROS****VERY Clean and kept up. Bathrooms were also clean and well placed. Several places to grab lunch that had bike racks to lock your bikes and people watch or bring your own lunch and eat at one of several picnic tables.
This is such a cool trail. I love cycling and mountain biking both and this is among my top places I've been. The beginning goes through downtown Greenville and Falls Park before winding through and old rail trail to Furman University and then Traveler's Rest. Drop by Furman and enjoy the lake.
At 66 and 75 my husband and I had great fun riding the trail. We love Greenville so much we want to live closer now.
We walked approximately 4 miles of 21 miles. Well maintained trail. Beautiful scenery, lots to see along the way. Dog bags, garbage pails
