Confirmed from Tarrytown Lakes Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice area to take your pup on a long walk and enjoy the views. Note that swimming is not allowed at the lake. But there is kayaking at this lake that is pet friendly! Will definitely be back to do that.

Super pretty park with a very nice trail and kayaking at the end. We had a great time. We saw deer, chipmunks and lots of gorgeous spiderwebs.

I was looking for a new place to to visit for memorial day and decided to come here.i didn't pay for parking and there's wasn't anyone checking maybe because of the holiday. There's a bike/walking path the east side of the lake. From top to bottom isxnot as long as it looks on Google maps.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
