Confirmed from Tequesta Trace Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with multiple athletic fields plus a concession stand, playground & roller hockey rink.
What runners say about Tequesta Trace Park
“The night crew is keeping the park and amenities well maintained, the staff is very friendly, and often you see them going around multiple times throughout the night.”
“The pond is beautiful and we saw a guy fishing there (I guess he did not catch anything ha ha ha)”
“This is actually a nice park with a good amount of shade trees and options to sit and watch your kids play games.”
“The fields were clearly marked making it easy to find specific fields.”
We were walking around and ran into this park with a nice mound and explanations on the Tequesta way of life, explained on manhole covers on the floor. The pond is beautiful and we saw a guy fishing there (I guess he did not catch anything ha ha ha)
This is actually a nice park with a good amount of shade trees and options to sit and watch your kids play games. Being in Weston(Weston is not my favorite place) this field is turf and gets very hot during hot and sunny days. Bring extra water and some extra shade.
Big and amazing park . We like to bike there, and we always have fun. It has a running field, baseball fields , restrooms and a lot of bike and walking paths. And also, if you like biking in nature you can enter a path that's in one of the sides. It goes on the side of a pond then into a beautiful forest like greenway!
This is my favorite park in Broward County. It is so clean and well-manicured. All of the employees who work there treat the guests like family. It is a great way to get exercise, either by walking the track or the trails. Take in a ball game. There are flag football, baseball, and lacrosse games.
