Excellent trail for all forms of exercise. The main fire road is very flat and smooth, and is very accessible. Allows for access to many single-tracks which end in beautiful views of the surrounding area. Perfect for runs, since it allows for a loop around Terra Linda.
I love this place. It's such a good workout because of the mix of steep hills and flat spots. If you want more shade you can steer off onto the little single tracks - some of them turn into deer trails but others take you to funky troll-dwelling-like magical spots with gnarled trees and beautiful nooks.

Unique view of Tam, Paved for accessibility. (Still too sharp for wheelchairs in my opinion). Mostly no shade, but plenty of places to rest. Also a pretty level field. Great for tossing the ball around, taking the dog for catch, or even children on adventures.
