Confirmed from Thorne St Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Thorne St. Park is a wonderful, well maintained, and clean family park with basketball and tennis courts, public pools, multiple playground areas and baseball fields. There is also a jogging path that surrounds the scenic facility with several pavilions with well kept picnic tables.

★★★★★ — Mike , Jun 2014

It is a great place for a walk with the fur-babies. The walking path is nice, they have poop bags and garbage cans at regular intervals for disposal

★★★★★ — Jamie , May 2017

Nice walking trail, basketball court, pavilion, residential outdoor pool open during summer months... Very nice place for kids and dogs.

★★★★☆ — Zeeder , Feb 2024

Honestly, I had a fantastic time! I like that is is spread apart a little bit. There are 2 different park areas, and an okay sized walking path for people walking, or riding on both sides. There aren't designated bike lanes but it is still doable.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
