This park is an Undiscovered Gem of the North. There is a beautiful stream running through it and lots of history and archaeological finds that were dug in the site. There's also a building that can be used for special events and a very nice clean bathroom is there also.
Beautiful River & lake area for walking dogs & for people. Please take your garbage with you.
Beautiful little park with rapids going under the bridge to the trails. Nice cool Creek area for my dog to swim with park benches and a pavilion for getting together with friends. Beautiful place!
This is such a great place for a peaceful and scenic walk when the weather cooperates. We walked it in January, when the temps were in mid 30s and the sun was shining. It was lovely. It's about 2.5 miles and the bridge is a perfect landmark to know when you head back.
