Confirmed from Three Meadows Pond's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a pond for fishing and catch-and-release, plus a playground and picnic areas.
What runners say about Three Meadows Pond
“Very beautiful area, friendly people around and a great place to fish and spend time with family and friends”
“What makes it extra special is how it feels so peaceful and tucked away, even though it's surrounded by quiet suburban streets.”
Our family loves visiting Three Meadows Pond, especially on foggy fall mornings or warm summer nights. It’s the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem—small enough to walk all the way around without much effort, but full of little moments that make you want to slow down and stay awhile.
Very nice park but the play set was so hott, there weren't any kids playing on it. Nonetheless, my Grand Kids weren't affected by it at all. They played with each other, Tag, Duck Duck Goose, etc... The park itself, is very well kept. I seen a couple of people fishing in one pond.
Have spent half my life in this park! Walked my favorite dog, bosley there all his life and still go back to just walk through the park. Perrysburg did a great job renovating the park the last couple years and the pond is in the best shape I've ever seen it. Great job city of perrysburg!!!!
Cute park! Nice ponds, nice playgrounds, nice short walking trail. Don't expect anyone to abide by the posted dog leash rule though or their recall of their dogs to work - but that's not the park's fault.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
