Confirmed from Thunder Chicken Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Pretty good trail in Springdale, we liked it! Lots of different ways to go, several miles of trails here to choose from. We enjoyed going over the fishing pond, the dock is very spacious! Lots of great places to put a hammock or just walk the trails, very family and pet friendly!

From the parking lot at W Pump Station Rd and N Silent Grove Rd, head west under the bridge on the Access Trail that parallels Spring Creek. Once you cross the bridge over the creek, take a left. This takes you to the climb with four switchback turns. Once you are at the top of the hill, you'll cross a dirt road.

We hiked here on a snowy day to checkout the bike trails, looking forward to riding here! Mt bike trails and paved trails. Really nice parks along one of the paved trails with fishing docks.

This is straight up one of my favorite locations in all of Springdale. It has an amazing trail system with various difficulty levels. Suitable for extremely technical riders to beginners. At the very end if your in it for the jumps this is the place a tucked away jump paradise.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
