Confirmed from Timber Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
No-frills play area with swings and slides, plus a tall climbing structure for older kids.
What runners say about Timber Creek Park
“Pro: It has a clean and bright playground equipment (Installed in 2016) Con: No parking spot near by the playground.”
“My son calls it the butterfly park, because there is a giant butterfly shade screen above the seating area and the theme is the stages of life from caterpillar to butterfly.”
It's a wonderful spot and has a great playground for the kids. There's just no parking area. I had to drive around into the back of the neighborhood and park in front of someone's house on the curb, which felt pretty weird, but not as weird as having to basically walk through someone's yard to get to the park.
My kids really like this park. My son calls it the butterfly park, because there is a giant butterfly shade screen above the seating area and the theme is the stages of life from caterpillar to butterfly.
Nice trail and wide enough for everyone to share. Two different playgrounds for the kids to play in. Plenty of rest spots and random exercise equipment scattered about if you want to stop and do some arms or leg workouts. Beautiful trails
