Confirmed from Timmermann Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Timmermann Park
“Beautiful park, tucked away from the noise and chaos on the 290.”
The City has just added a cute and big playscape along the trail. Bonus points for putting a canopy over it too! There is also a set of two regular swings and one toddler swing. The walking trail is well maintained and pretty peaceful. There are a few benches along the way if you just want to sit down for a break.
Did not like that there was no public restroom-- update June 2022. There are restrooms men and women with wheelchair ramp! And benches !! Thank you! Look for the painted rocks along the trail.
Best little park in Manor that is actually in town. It appears as if it's part of a development community, but it's where many City of Manor events are held. Lots of open space, a stream runs through the center on several parts of it, and then just down the side on another.
I absolutely love this park and trail. My family has enjoyed fishing, picnics ,walks, bike rides, scooter rides and skating here. 🥰

“You just can't beat how complete this park is, although not the largest park in near area (east metro park just out of town is the largest), nor does it have a dog park.”
“Also first with "double scoreboards" soon and wheelchair access at both ends of both courts.”
