Confirmed from Town Center Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Town Center Park is a 3 acre park located on the west side of Collins Avenue. The land the park sits on was once a shopping mall. After it was demolished the property was donated to the city by the developer and turned into this tranquil park. The park is completely fenced in which is a great safety feature.

A hidden gem in Sunny Isles! Town Center Park is the perfect spot to take a break from the sun or enjoy a quiet walk. It’s incredibly well-maintained, clean, and safe. My kids love the playground, and the shaded areas are a blessing during hot days. It’s right in the heart of the city but feels like a peaceful oasis.

Town center Park is right across the street from luxury condos and hotels in Sunny Isles Beach. There’s a playground, gazebo, benches, plenty of space to run and relax. This park has become the meeting place for many Sunny Isles residents to take their kids to play.

Great park with a meditation garden! Swings, covered playground, restrooms, vending machine, and a sidewalk that loops around the entire park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 5 mentions

“Inside is a playground, fitness trail with exercise equipment, meditation garden for adults only open daily from 9 AM-6 PM, public art, restroom, and gazebo.”
