Confirmed from Town of Cramerton Goat Island Park & Greenway (Belmont Access)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Town of Cramerton Goat Island Park & Greenway (Belmont Access)

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (103 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“The park is well kept, great trails, fishing spots, nice playground and even has some work out equipment for the adults.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“Beautiful well maintained park and Greenway”

I have had so many close encounters with deer on this greenway! The Carolina Thread Trail section is paved and flat, so it's a great spot for those who want a low effort, leisurely stroll, or for someone with mobility issues. There isn't much opportunity to explore, here, because it's a conservation area.

Awesome place to get your exercises and walk the trails, bring your kids, grandchildren and they have an amazing park for the kids to play ping pong , climb and slide and swing, and you can even cook on the grills, you have covered picnic tables.

Nice hidden gem in Cramerton. Kayak rentals available at floyd and blackies. The park is well kept, great trails, fishing spots, nice playground and even has some work out equipment for the adults.

★★★★★ — Leah , Feb 2022

This is a wonderful park and walking area. It's very clean and well-kempt. There are public restrooms located at the main entrance and it's close to downtown Cramerton. There is a large, really nice play area for the kids, picnic areas, boating access, and locations for fishing.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 6 mentions

“My dog, Tommy and I always find it relaxing to come to goat island park!”
