Confirmed from Trailhead Boy Scout's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Trailhead Boy Scout
“That feeling when you finally get there is just incredible and the view over all of Glenwood is absolutely beautiful.”
Fairly easy hike with a very rewarding view of the valley below. Go early though, and almost no parking near trailhead
Great single track loop. No parking but lots of spots on nearby streets. Trail is in good condition. Some trail intersections are not marked but you never are out of service. Exposed. Wear sunscreen and hydrate!
Highly recommend for families and solo hikers. Serenity of the views, moderate difficulty hike, little confused with parking. That said the hike was very enjoyable, bring water, sunscreen, hat and some snacks, the whole trail is almost 7 miles. I didn't completely it entirely, got a bit tired and cut across 😜.
What a hike up! BUT the views were beautiful. Would recomend to anyone who wants to see some of the town and get outside!
