“Beautiful park, hiking and bike trails available.”
A unique place to walk trails in the woods inside the Mechanicsburg Area School District. About 1-1.5 mile loop as you meander, with a small stream at the bottom of the hill. The open field and pavilion area has various educational gardens/exhibits.
Newly added trails for mountain biking are so well designed. Great ride!
The mountain bike trails are excellent for beginner riders and still fun for others. They are very well maintained and well designed given the small space that was available. The trails are not loaded with annoying roots and are very smooth and fast.
Trees & Trails is the Mechanicsburg Area high school’s Cross Country (XC) track. There are several walking paths that go up & down a valley. In years past there was an obstacle course / balance beam area. There’s a small creek that flows through the property.
