Confirmed from Treganza Heritage Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park suitable for kids and dogs that also hosts a farmers market.
What runners say about Treganza Heritage Park
“Super dog friendly & the people do a good job of cleaning after their furies for the most part.”
I take the dogs walking over here weekly. It's a lovely park with plenty of space, grass, trees, and nearby Broadway in Lemon Grove. You can see and hear the Trolley pass by on the way to the Lemon Grove station. It's a peaceful place. Great for early morning workouts. I wonder if they still rent the place as a venue.
This park is a great park for kids to play, dogs to walk. Thursday the Lemon Grove Farmers Market is there from 4pm to 7pm. They is fresh fruit and vegetables on a mobile truck, vendors that have Product for purchase and a Amazing Sweet Treat Vendor along with Tortillas by Lola. You won't be disappointed.
Very lovely park. The historical houses are beautiful as are the rose garden and lemon trees. A community garden sits nearby. Nice open grass and a bonfire pit. Great for walking, sitting, and walking your dogs in a very peaceful, and clean setting.
Great place to take the dogs and enjoy the atmosphere of a great walk in the park. Always nice to see families out, gives the park a nice scene.
