massive improvement, but most likely in response to new development (nearby townhouses) than anything. new hours with a gate to discourage overnight parking, but was locked at 5PM on a Tuesday without warning. that really sucks for the disabled who use this parking area to access walking trail and river.
I love coming here to eat a purchased to-go meal and then taking a walk and watching the sun set on the outskirts of downtown Fort Worth.
