Confirmed from Troy Moody Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Troy Moody Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (101 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 4 mentions

“This park is very well maintained and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.”

Troy Moody Park is located on Victory Boulevard and Cordova Avenue in the McAnsh Park neighborhood in northwest Vero. Park amenities include a water fountain, playground, benches, large open space for play, and paved walkway.

★★★★☆ — Ariel , Jun 2023

Beautiful park, new equipment for children, replaced all the old sand with mulch. Sidewalk is great for running, and the field behind the playground is great for games. However, there are no restrooms, the equipment is only for smaller children, and the water fountain is rusted and only has warm, metallic tasting tap.

★★★★☆ — Edward , Jul 2021

This park is extremely large for what is offered. There are a lot of dedications like trees and park benches. It is well maintained and certainly a nice place for a casual sit or walk. There is also a sand playground with swings for children. Pets are unfortunately not allowed here at this time.

★★★★☆ — Chris , Aug 2018

This small park is very quiet and has a well kept playground. But there are a few teenagers who come by in the afternoons or at sundown and can ruin the fun for the younger kids. But all and all it is a safe place with lots of greenery, running around space with trees for shade and sidewalks to walk, ride or stroll.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
