This trail is awesome. I was visiting from out of state and luckily I brought my fruit boots so I could take it all the way from Glenshire to Truckee in under an hour. Nice scenery and friendly people along the way.
Nice trail along the Truckee river. It’s good for biking or walking/hiking. Mostly paved. The trail on Glenshire dr side has couple of steep switch back otherwise mostly flat.
Gorgeous views, fairly easy trail. The hill into Glenshire was a bit tough, but I haven't ridden in a year, so it was to be expected.
A great trail for cyclists to get off the highways and roadways! Be prepared for a lot of pinecone debris on the pavement, and wide expansion joints. The views right now are lovely!
