Confirmed from Tucker Cutoff Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

A hidden gem of a trail. It leads immediately down to a beautiful redwood filled creek and you can wind all the way back to Phoenix Lake, Bon Tempe Lake, and Lagunitas Lake - as well as Pilot Knob Hill.
Nearly made it to the top. I'm a dog walker or shall I say dog runner, I needed to have my charge back to her mom. We made this hike round trip in an hour and a half time. We ran a great deal up and ran a great deal down. The views are spectacular. The weather was perfect, little waterfalls in creeks along our hike.
Great fire road trail that connects to the wider mount tam watershed trail system, but it gets pretty steep in some spots so be prepared. Dogs are allowed on leash until you switch preserves, about 1 mile up, where then they can be off leash while in voice command
Shaded valley, nice forest smell, big mountain views, and little water streaming sound... I enjoyed every visited time, never disappointed at there in Marin County.
