Confirmed from Turtle Rock Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Five-acre nature preserve with trails for viewing wildlife & habitats, plus an outdoor classroom.
What runners say about Turtle Rock Nature Center
“Again, emphasize on the clean quality of this park; superb.”
“My son's wedding at Turtle Rock was a beautiful celebration of love.”
Beautiful stroll. Bring water and sunscreen, it gets really hot after 10am. There are also no bathrooms along the trail, only at the nature centers and community parks at the end points.
Perfect little trail to take your little ones. We love the nature center.
Beautiful park! Perfect for the kiddos, ages 2, 5 and 6. The nature trail was awesome, and the playgrounds were fun. There's a shallow creek to play in, too, if you want to let the kids get wet.
It is a small nature walk, but the continue to make improvements. Staff were willing to help educate us on some of the new things and it is right next to a public park that has a good amount of equipment

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
