Confirmed from Turtle Rock Viewpoint's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hilly park featuring trails for hiking and views of the city and sunsets from the top.
What runners say about Turtle Rock Viewpoint
“Beautiful view of the surrounding city and full of trails for such a small place.”
Beautiful Location! Short Hiking Trail. Great Place to watch Sunset. Its much better during the night. You can capture amazing views of the City of Irvine. Do not follow google maps. Just go to this location 5971 Sierra Bravo Road, Irvine. Lot’s of street parking and the trail starts from across the street.
My neighboring hilly viewpoint in Irvine to hike up to, enjoy the super views at sunset and just have a fun, relaxing time. Every time, the experience feels different, and that’s what makes it so cool.
Super cool place for hiking! Kids love. I come here in a very good day. Not to hot and not to cold. Love !
It's a great short hike and a great view all around from the top. We parked at Chaparral Park 18981 Glenmont Terr Irvine, CA 92603 After the hike, our kids were able to play at the park playground, and there's also a soccer field + basketball courts. Dog friendly place.
